Beachside High School Facility Request
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Beachside High School, Home of the Barracudas! We are happy to share our facilities with groups and organizations within our community.
Before submitting a formal request of use, please read the following requirements:
- We are unable to host events within the Performing Arts Building on Saturday or Sunday. Other areas of the campus are available on those days.
- We are happy to accommodate your needs for technology, including a projector/screen, interactive whiteboard, lighting, sound, etc.
- Rental fees are calculated based on the space reserved, length of rental and other services such as technology services. If your request is approved, a rental agreement to include the cost will be discussed with you.
- Groups are required to collect all trash from used areas, tie off bags and place them together in one area for our custodial staff to remove easily.
- Areas not listed in the agreed upon rental agreement should not be accessed by your event.
- Please not that your organization will be required to provide proof of insurance as part of rental agreement with Beachside High School/SJCSD.
