Current students and alumni should use Parchment to order their official and/or unofficial transcript.
The first step is to create an account. We then recommend students order an ‘unofficial self view’ of their transcript so they can view their transcript and determine if there are errors. Students must use Parchment to request an official transcript to be sent to post-secondary institutions and/or scholarship organizations.
Any questions regarding transcripts should be directed to:

Ms. Lechtrecker – Computer Operator for Last Names N-Z

Student-athletes should register with the NCAA Eligibility Center and pay for the certification account. Once this is completed, please submit a transcript request through Parchment.
NOTE: Not all colleges want a transcript in the application stage. Most of the state universities in Florida require a self reporting of grades. We recommend using the transcript screen in HAC or requesting a copy of your transcript via Parchment to assist you in completing your self report. Keep in mind that the college in which you enroll will require a final transcript at the end of the year that will need to match your self report.
State University Self Reporting Links – SSAR (Self-Reported Student Academic Record)
Florida Gulf Coast and Florida International are the only two public universities in Florida who do not accept SSAR.
